Bridal Tips - Hair Care

  • Do the hot oil treatment twice a week preferably olive and almond oil alternatively.
  • Cleaning of hair should be done regularly. You should use shampoos, which are made of a mild       cleansing base and are gentle in action.
  • Proper conditioning should be done. Conditioner helps to smoothen the hair and gives a shinning effect so you should use conditioner after using shampoo. The hair looks shinier, it is smoother to comb and does not attract and trap excessive dirt.
  • Mix vinegar with water to get shiny and bouncy hair.
  •  Visiting a salon will add on to the above mentioned.

Dark Circles !!

Those dark blemishes round your eyes are called dark circles. They are caused through heredity, which is caused when blood passes though the large veins closes to the surface of the skin that is thin, produces a bluish tint, thus, the more thinner the skin is the more darker the circle appear.

Apart from heredity, anything that causes the eyes to itch also causes dark circles as one generally rubs and scratches the skin. Medication that causes blood vessels to dilate also causes circles under the eyes. Improper diet or lack of nutrients also results as dark circles. Tiredness and lack of sleep also causes paleness of the skin, allowing the blood to become more visible and appear bluer or darker.

But not to worry you can easily treat dark circles at home by applying any of the following remedies.
·       Massage the external part of the eyes with almond oil without touching the eyes in order to improve the blood circulations.
·       Take at least 8 hours of sleep.
·       Water is the best beverage for your body, drink as much as you can at least 10 glass of water a day.
·       Keep thin slices of cucumber or raw potato on your eyes for 30 minutes. This removes the puffiness and cools the eyes.
·       Never use chemical bleach below your eyes, as the skin below is very sensitive.
·       Apply lemon juice on the dark circles twice a day.
·       Apply crushed mint around the eye.
·       Apply a paste of turmeric powder with pineapple juice for dark circles under the eyes.
