- Wash your feet with Luke-warm water every morning and night.
- Scrub your heals and soles with a pumice stone after lathering them with soap.
- Cover your feet with a pair of socks or wear closed shoes if your heals tend to crack. Wear well fitted shoes to avoid any problems.
- Go for pedicure at least once in a month- it's relaxing and prevents corns and calluses from forming.
